General Information

Eligibility

  • Age and eligibility requirements: Participants must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Program Details

  • Main components of the EMT training program:

    • A 5-month EMT training program that includes:
      • EMT training
      • Earned monthly stipend
      • Life coaching, mentorship, job readiness training, and physical fitness
      • Free tuition and course materials
      • National NREMT certification
      • Job placement assistance

  • Responsibilities of corps members:

    • Corps members are committed to completing the program, including:
      • Attendance
      • Participation
      • Passing the NREMT exam

User Conduct

  • Prohibited behaviors:

    • No harassment, discrimination, or substance abuse.

  • Consequences for violations:

    • May result in demerits, warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the program.
 

Mobile Data Usage

  • Users must adhere to the following rules:

    • Refrain from using explicit language or posting sexually explicit content.
    • Avoid making homophobic, degrading, anti-Semitic, racist, or otherwise harmful comments.
    • Respect other users by not belittling comments, posts, or images.

  • Violations may result in:

    • Revocation of member privileges.
    • Cancellation of membership.
    • Potential legal action if warranted.

  • Age Restrictions:

    • While there are no explicit age restrictions, users are encouraged to follow local and federal laws. Responsible interaction with co-members is advocated, discouraging harassment and bullying.

Intellectual Property

  • Materials or content to protect:

    • Training manuals or proprietary curriculum.

  • User sharing or use of materials:

    • Users can share materials for educational use with attribution.
 

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to mediation. If still unresolved, arbitration is conducted according to the rules of a chosen arbitration institution.

Modifications

  • Communication of changes to TOS:
    • Users will be notified of changes to the TOS via the membership site and email.
